Who Qualifies?
Children six years of age and older, adolescents and adults who are having serious functional impairment due to psychiatric symptoms.
Those at risk of disruption to their living, educational or work environment due to their mental illness.
Children enrolled in a school system’s special education program because of serious emotional disturbance.
Must have active Medicaid coverage through one of our participating managed care organizations (MCO’s)
