Skills Training

Skills training and supportive interventions focus on the improvement of communication skills, appropriate interpersonal behaviors, and other skills necessary for independent living, or when age appropriate, functioning effectively with family, peers, and teachers.

 

Medication Management

We have a full-time Psychiatrist and Nurse Practitioners on staff who provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for those clients who already do not have a personal psychiatrist. However, you are able to continue treatment with your current prescriber and still receive our other services.

 

Medication Training

Learn about the mental health diagnosis. Have support to reduce symptoms related to the mental health disorder. Learn about medications and how they can help reduce symptoms related to the mental illness. Advocate for alternative methods of treating their psychiatric symptoms.

 

Case Management

Case management services provide the support to identify immediate needs and facilitate access to community resources. At Vibrant our team provides services to help our clients to learn new ways to advocate for them and their family while they receive other mental health services, such as medication management and counseling. 

Psychosocial Rehabilitation

Psychosocial Rehabilitation are social, behavioral, and cognitive interventions that builds on personal strengths and restoring a person's ability to develop and maintain social relationships, occupational or educational achievement, and other independent living skills that are affected by a serious mental illness.

 

 

Our services are delivered primarily in the client's routine settings i.e. home, school, communities, etc. Sessions are also conducted via telehealth when needed or preferred by the client/patient.
